Nama Syeikh Ali Jaber tak asing lagi bagi masyarakat Indonesia. Wajah dai kelahiran Kota Madinah tahun 1976 ini acap muncul di layar televisi. Salah satunya dalam acara “Damai Indonesiaku” TV One. Penampilannya yang berbeda dari kebanyakan dai di Tanah Air membuat masyarakat mudah mengenalinya. Penampilan murid Syeikh Abdul Baari’as Subaity, Imam Masjid Nabawi ini memang laiknya orang Arab: tinggi besar, berjenggot lebat, dan hidung mancung.
